Mary Trombitas

With 20+ years of experience as a successful corporate leader, Mary Trombitas began her career managing several retail operations. Later she continued her career-climb at Peat Marwick followed by director roles in accounting and human resources with for-profit national and global companies. Mary’s career also includes non-profit organizational experience as she served as director of the fifth largest Chamber of Commerce, executive leader for SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management, and the HR Florida State Council.

Using her extensive background in accounting, finance, and human resources, Mary realized her entrepreneurial effort with the launch of Targeting Performance in 2006. In 2015, Mary created the affiliate entity, Targeting Leadership, which specifically provides strategically targeted leadership coaching and personal growth coaching services to identified emerging and experienced leaders, as well as professionals inspired by personal growth

Mary Trombitas is a board-certified coach (BCC) specializing in executive, corporate, business, leadership, personal, and life coaching. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. In addition, Mary is the author of "Break the Cycle," a book that explores best practices in organizational leadership. Mary is currently working on her next book on the integration of personality and leadership.
